How to Raise a Complaint with Soundlieutenant Concrete

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Soundlieutenant Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience phoning or messaging Soundlieutenant Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Then let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Soundlieutenant Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@soundlieutenant.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state licensing board may be able to help.
